Floor Plans (PDF format), include Floor coverings
Elevations (PDF format)
Sections (PDF format)
Construction Type specified eg: Wall types (brick veneer) and finishes
Electrical & Lighting Plan
Window Schedule, including sizes. Glazing performance types, Frame type (eg: Awning, double hung).
Type and location of exhaust fans, skylights.
Insulation levels with R rating amount
